SHIPPING POLICY
FREE SHIPPING - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The terms that qualify your purchase for free shipping are listed below. Costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

FREE SHIPPING* ON ALL ORDERS
*FREE SHIPPING applies to the majority of our products, however, some accessories are excluded
i.e. Roof Top Tents, Awnings, Fridge Slides, Kitchens, Water Tanks.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: FREE SHIPPING applies to ground shipments only. All freight and expedited orders will be excluded.

ALL PRODUCTS SHIP FROM OUR FORT COLLINS, CO WAREHOUSE
Immediately after you place an order you will get an order confirmation email. Your shipping information and tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Many orders received before noon will even ship the same day.

SHIPPING DAMAGE
It happens. While our packaging is designed to keep your gear safe on its journey to you, every once in a while there’s an accident - a forklift mishap, or a pallet tipped, or a delivery driver having a bad day. If this happens to one of your packages, don’t worry, we’ll make it right.

If the damage is bad and it is obvious the products inside the package are damaged, DO NOT SIGN for the item and REFUSE THE DELIVERY. If you sign, the package is yours and you've accepted it as is. If you notice there is damage to the shipping container but are not sure if the products inside are ok, you can still refuse the package, or sign for the package and MAKE NOTE OF THE PACKAGING DAMAGE on the slip. Do NOT ACCEPT ANY DELIVERY without WRITING DOWN THE DETAILS OF THE DAMAGE on the delivery form first! Shipping companies will not satisfy an insurance claim without the damage noted by the customer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
OUR RETURN POLICY
Sparks Overland purchases made at Sparksoverland.com and in our retail stores can be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in new, resalable condition and include original packaging and all hardware and accessories.

After 30 days, non-warranty related returns are at the sole discretion of Sparks Overland. A restocking fee may apply.
If you’d like to make a return or exchange, PLEASE EMAIL US FIRST at info@sparksoverland.com.
If the reason for return is not a result of a Sparks Overland error, shipping costs, if any, incurred by Sparks Overland may be deducted from your refund.

Please note: if you return an item and did not originally pay shipping costs, the original shipping cost incurred by Sparks Overland will be deducted from your refund.

If the returned products are not in new, re-sellable condition - a repackaging, restocking, and/or damaged goods fee of up to 30% of the product value may be deducted from the refund. We strongly urge you to repackage the products with care. If you need advice on how to pack the gear, or need additional packaging materials, contact us. Assume the worst.

It generally takes 3 – 5 business days after the package arrives at our warehouse for your return to be processed and credit to be issued to your card. As soon as the return is processed you’ll get an email confirmation.

If you'd like to exchange your items for something else please return them to us for a refund and place a new order for the product you want at the same time.
When choosing a shipper to return products, keep in mind that Sparks Overland cannot be held liable or responsible for items lost in transit. We recommend using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.

CHANGE-OF-MIND OR INCORRECT CHOICE
If you have changed your mind or made an incorrect choice and have paid already, chances are good your order is already being prepared for shipment. Most of our orders ships the same day!

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, we will cancel your order and process a full refund.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policy. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return in line with our Return Policy.

Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be processed as a return.
Items can run out of stock or be discontinued without warning, and we may not be able to fulfil orders for that item. We will do our best to keep you informed of any unexpected delays, stock shortages or discontinued items.
